Brazil Flowers is dedicated to delivering flowers and baskets exclusively in Brazil. We have the current delivery capacity for 83% of the country’s population. In cities with a population of over 850,000, we can deliver on the same day as the purchase, as long as the order is completed on a business day before 11:00 AM in Brazil (GMT -3:00). You can choose the desired delivery date, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time of day.
In order for your order to be delivered on time, you must do so 2 working days in advance, shorter deadlines, especially for cities with a population of less than 850,000 people, although it is possible to express your preference at the website checkout, it can be delivered late.
Be sure to correctly fill in all recipient address fields, including apartment, unit, suite, or room, if applicable. The delivery fee is made by attempt, so if it is necessary for your order to return to the florist, a new delivery fee will be charged.
Residential and commercial deliveries are made between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, anyone over the age of 18 can receive delivery and no signature is required. If your delivery is intended for a child, a guardian over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery. Florists can call the recipient to schedule the delivery, clarify the address or let them know that the delivery has taken place.
For hospital deliveries, please ensure the recipient is still in the hospital on the scheduled delivery date.
